The RX20u is compact, precise, clever and easy to use robot lawn mower ideal for small to medium sized gardens up to 200m2 in size although 300m2 can be accommodated if the lawn is flat, level, simple rectangle with no obstacles or additional zones. A perfectly manicured lawn can be achieved in just 1 hour 30 minutes.

Using your RX20u is extremely simple to set-up and use. A short one-time setup is all that is required to connect the base-station and lay the perimeter cable.  Typically the perimeter wire will be covered by grass and become unnoticeable in a matter of 2-3 weeks.

While the RX12u runs on a 'Press To Go' system, the RX20u has a programmable weekly schedule so it leaves the charging station, mows and returns to recharge automatically.

Built to accommodate changes in ground level and slopes up to 15% using its robust wheels and floating cutterdeck. This robotic mower has a cutting width of 18cm (7”) and an adjustable cutting height from 15 to 45mm. It also has an edging functionality.

The RX20u includes built in Bluetooth connectivity and can be managed on your smartphone with the Robomow android or iOS app. It can also be equipped with a GSM card to send operational and security alerts  to your smartphone. It can also send technical data and diagnose faults by communicating directly with Robomow's support team.

The rugged steel blade can cope with high grass, apples, bread and even twigs whilst the patented 'Grasscycling' technology cuts the grass into mulch that fall into the grass roots, where it decomposes and acts as a natural fertilizer. Mulching helps to improve the quality of your lawn by recycling nutrients, reducing moisture loss and suppressing weeds.

The built in anti-theft system with PIN code protects against the threat of having your robot lawn mower stolen.

It is also extremely cost effective using about 4kWh per month (about 62p per month).

RX models are fitted with a European power supply plug with a UK adaptor. This is for use in a dry location i.e. indoors or in a suitably sized weatherproof box (IP55 higher)/outdoor power socket.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will contact you via e-mail or SMS. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping times are shown on each product page and vary from product to product depending upon the supplier.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit or debit card it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Looking after you when something goes wrong.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send evidence (e.g. photos, videos, etc.) to and we will process a claim on your behalf. This will also assist in the swift processing of your replacement or refund.

If your product develops a fault this will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as long as it is within the stated warranty period and all necessary steps have been taken to comply with the requirements of the warranty (e.g. product registration). This will only apply to manufacturing faults and not faults caused by any other means.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Wear and tear from everyday use
  • Misuse such as inappropriate storage or product care
  • Maintenance and use other than indicated in, or failure to adhere to, the user guide
  • Abuse or neglect of the product
  • Carelessness or accidents
  • Any custom modifications to the product including third party products
  • Damage caused by air transportation or freight transit


Money back guarantee if you change your mind.

Customers can cancel their order and request a refund for up to 30 days after the product has been received as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or removed from their original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Unwanted products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed when the returned product(s) have been received and inspected to ensure they are resellable.

Depending on your original payment method it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be received following processing. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing the order.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are undelivered. We recommend retaining proof of postage in the event that you may require it to make a claim with your courier.

We cannot accept returns for gift cards or downloadable products. However, if the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • Can a base station be installed off the lawn?

    Yes. an off-the-lawn installation is called “External Base” setup. There are two ways to install a Base Station off the lawn: at a corner (RC or RX models), or at any place outside the lawn (RC models only). Since RS and MS models are for bigger lawns, the location of the Base Station is less of an issue.
